Welcome to the official Terms and Conditions of Abou Taste. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of our culinary services and website platform. By accessing this website and utilizing our services, you accept these terms in full without exception. Do not continue to use Abou Taste if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. Our platform is dedicated to providing premium culinary experiences, including workshops, dining events, and private chef services. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time to reflect updates in our service offerings or changes in local laws. Your continued engagement with our workshops and events signifies your absolute acceptance of any newly updated terms. Please read these provisions carefully to ensure a seamless and highly enjoyable gastronomic journey with our expert chefs.
All reservation requests for our cooking classes, private chefs, and dining experiences must be submitted securely through our official website platform. Submitting a request form does not immediately guarantee or finalize your booking. Our culinary team will first review your request to confirm date availability, chef scheduling, and dietary accommodations. Once verified, we will issue an official invoice. Your booking is only officially confirmed once full payment has been received and a final confirmation email has been dispatched. We recommend submitting requests well in advance as our exclusive culinary events have limited seating and extremely high demand. Prices for all services are clearly listed on our platform and are subject to change without any prior notice. Once a reservation is secured via payment, the price remains fixed. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at our discretion.
We completely understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled culinary event. If you need to cancel your confirmed booking, you must notify us at least forty-eight hours prior to the event start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within forty-eight hours of the scheduled class or dining experience are strictly non-refundable due to the advance preparation of fresh ingredients. If you prefer to reschedule, we will happily transfer your booking to an alternative date provided we receive adequate notice before the deadline. Late arrivals to our interactive workshops or dining events may be denied entry to prevent disruption to other guests and the chef's carefully timed schedule. We cannot offer partial refunds or credits for missed portions of a class or for simple no-shows. In the rare event that a chef falls ill or a studio emergency occurs, we will proactively reschedule your experience or issue a prompt refund.
The safety and overall well-being of our guests is our absolute highest priority during all Abou Taste culinary experiences. You are solely responsible for accurately declaring any severe allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific health conditions at the time of requesting your booking. While our chefs take extensive precautions to accommodate special dietary requests, our studio processes a wide variety of global ingredients including common allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely sterile environment free from microscopic traces of nuts, gluten, dairy, or shellfish. If you carry an epinephrine auto-injector or other emergency medication, you must bring it with you and inform our staff upon arrival. By participating in our hands-on classes, you acknowledge the inherent physical risks associated with operating sharp knives, hot stoves, and professional kitchen equipment. We require all participants to wear appropriate closed-toe footwear and follow the chef's safety instructions at all times.
Abou Taste strongly strives to cultivate a welcoming, respectful, and highly engaging educational environment for all food enthusiasts. We expect every single participant to treat our chefs, staff members, and fellow guests with the utmost courtesy and professionalism during all events. Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or any form of harassment will absolutely not be tolerated under any circumstances within our facilities. Our instructors reserve the right to immediately dismiss any individual from a workshop or dining experience if their behavior threatens the safety or enjoyment of others. We politely ask that mobile phones be kept on silent mode to maintain the immersive atmosphere of our focused culinary sessions. While photography of your own beautiful culinary creations is highly encouraged, please respect the personal privacy of other guests who may not wish to be photographed. Our premium kitchen tools and equipment must be handled with care and used strictly for their intended culinary purposes.
In addition to our in-person events, Abou Taste offers premium culinary kits, artisan spices, and professional kitchen tools for home delivery. All physical products purchased through our platform are carefully inspected and packed by hand to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping times and delivery schedules are estimates and may occasionally vary due to external carrier delays entirely beyond our control. If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact our support team within thirty (30) days of delivery to arrange for a quick replacement or refund. Due to strict health and safety regulations, we absolutely cannot accept returns on perishable food items, opened spice blends, or used culinary tools. We meticulously source our ingredients globally, meaning some highly specialized items may occasionally face temporary supply shortages. In the event an item in your culinary kit is suddenly unavailable, we will substitute it with an ingredient of equal or greater premium quality.
The exclusive recipes, instructional materials, and digital guides provided during our classes are the highly protected intellectual property of Abou Taste. We provide these comprehensive culinary resources strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment at home. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or monetize our proprietary recipes or class materials without our explicit written permission. Our website content, including all text, photographs, logos, and graphic designs, is fully protected by international copyright laws. Guests are incredibly welcome to share their personal recreations of our dishes on social media, provided they clearly tag or credit the Abou Taste platform. We love seeing your culinary progress and highly encourage you to showcase your beautifully plated meals to your friends and family. However, recording full-length video tutorials of our chefs' proprietary techniques during private classes or public workshops is strictly prohibited.
Your active participation in any Abou Taste cooking class, dining event, or private chef service is completely voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own risk. Abou Taste and its professional staff shall not be held legally liable for any personal injury, illness, or property damage sustained during our hands-on kitchen experiences. We do our absolute utmost to provide accurate, reliable, and up-to-date culinary information, but we make no warranties regarding the absolute completeness of our site's content. We are definitely not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or physical products. Our maximum financial liability to any guest for any claim related to our services shall never exceed the total amount paid by the guest for that specific booking. We do not assume any responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought into our cooking studios or event venues. By agreeing to these terms, you knowingly waive your right to pursue legal action against Abou Taste for standard risks inherently associated with culinary activities.
